When I lived at the Central Square Y, I had some neighbors across the street. I visited them about once a week. They used to let me talk at length. Now I get 3 minutes. Oh, and they run the City of Cambridge.

Friends of Labor



Andrew at Cambridge Common reports that Vice Mayor Marj Decker and Councillor Brian Murphy spoke at the rally co-sponsored by SLAM and S.E.I.U Local 615 on Friday. I have blogged Vice Mayor Decker's strong position on Iraq, but I was remiss in blogging Vice Mayor Decker's stand on the impeachment of George W. Bush. Hopefully that is fixed. Councillor Murphy, however, I have left in the lurch for a while. He joined SEIU at a rally in Kendall Square. I could not get to the rally at Harvard in time to hear him, but I'm sure he was as inspiring as he was at Kendall.
